(September 15, 2009) MPC Industries Machined Products Group Expands Capacity
MPC Industries, Lancaster, PA has expanded its turning capacity by the installation of a new
Mori Seiki NL2500SY Mill Turn with autoloading barfeed capacity up to 6 bars. The equipment
has 3" bar capacity, live tooling with a Y axis and sub spindle. This is in addition to MPC's
existing 4 and 5 axis palletized milling capabilities and full Tier One sourcing capabilities.
This equipment fits into MPC Industries long time philosophy of providing complete workpieces
with minimal operations and the ability to run with little operator intervention.
